Ingredients

Instructions

  • Preheat grill to medium heat. Make sure grill grates are clean.
  • Clean cauliflower, removes any leaves and trim the stem. Grab cauliflower and hold with florets facing up and stem securely on base of a cutting board, then slice firmly down the middle so you divide the cauliflower in half. Repeat with second cauliflower.
  • In a small bowl combine olive oil and sweet chili sauce. Mix well. Brush over cauliflower all sides of the cauliflower.
  • Place on grill, put the lid down and cook for about 5 to 6 minutes. Open lid and flip the cauliflower. Cook for about 5 to 6 minutes more. Cooking time will vary depending on how much char you like. I like mine with a good amount of char on the edges.
  • Remove from the grill and place on a serving tray. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, shallots and parsley.
  • Serve immediately.
