Grilled Spicy Cauliflower Steaks are super quick and easy to make. They pack a serious flavor punch with minimal prep and fuss. Perfect for veggie loving grilling fanatics!
Preheat grill to medium heat. Make sure grill grates are clean.
Clean cauliflower, removes any leaves and trim the stem. Grab cauliflower and hold with florets facing up and stem securely on base of a cutting board, then slice firmly down the middle so you divide the cauliflower in half. Repeat with second cauliflower.
In a small bowl combine olive oil and sweet chili sauce. Mix well. Brush over cauliflower all sides of the cauliflower.
Place on grill, put the lid down and cook for about 5 to 6 minutes. Open lid and flip the cauliflower. Cook for about 5 to 6 minutes more. Cooking time will vary depending on how much char you like. I like mine with a good amount of char on the edges.
Remove from the grill and place on a serving tray. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, shallots and parsley.
Serve immediately.
